Heavy Duty Detergent

CL105 HEAVY DUTY DETERGENT  is a concentrated heavy duty alkaline detergent designed for the daily cleaning of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment. It rapidly removes carbonized food deposits and heavily congealed fats and greases. The detergent contains sequestrants, builders and a highly efficient detergent system for easy rinsing from all surfaces.

• General Cleaning
  CL105 HEAVY DUTY DETERGENT may also be diluted with up to 20 parts of water for the periodic cleaning of heavily soiled areas. The dilution rate may be altered depending upon the degree of soil. Then use cloth or sponge, immerse and soak into the solution and wipe on the surface which needs to be cleaned and scrub by scourer and rinse off with water.
   

• Spray undiluted product directly onto equipment to be cleaned. Heat equipment to approximately 80°C and leave for 5 to10 minutes. (DO NOT allow equipment to dry-out when heating).

• Scrub with scourer and rinse off with water. CL105 HEAVY DUTY DETERGENT is not suitable for use on aluminium surfaces and/or equipment.

• Remove excess greases, fats and carbonized deposits with a spatula or other suitable implement and rinse off with water.

• No harsh scrubbing required
